Dr. Glenn is a pastor, educator, special needs advocate, K-12 Christian school consultant, missionary, and mentor. He has a passion for equipping the next generation of parents, teachers, and church leaders who can teach and impart to the next generations.

40 years of experience as a senior pastor in Christian ministry
31 years as a high school teacher in North Carolina and Illinois
20 years as a K-12 school administrator
21 years as an adjunct professor in seminaries in North Carolina, California, and online
7 years as chaplain of a residential facility in Illinois for those with mental disabilities
Chairs a non-profit corporation advocating for the education of special needs
students, victims of sexual or other abuses, and court-appointed mediation services
Conducts pastoral training for pastors in Liberia, West Africa, and other foreign
countries
Served as a professor, dean of doctoral studies, Vice President of Academics, and
